Custom Engraved Wood Coasters Specs
- Round-shaped, each personalized wood coaster measures 90 mm (3.5") diameter
- Thickness: 3 mm (0.12"). Lightweight, each custom coaster also weighs 0.03 lbs.
- Made of basswood plywood. Non-slip. Heat-resistant up to 90 degrees Celsius
- With laser engraving of your logo or finished artwork on one (1) side
- Due to customization, there is a minimum order of 100 pieces
- These custom engraved wood coasters are imported from China
- A natural product, variations in the color and pattern of wood coasters in the same set is inevitable
Maintenance Tips for Custom Wood Coasters
- Wood coasters should never be washed in water. Otherwise, they will have burrs, cracks, deformation, or mildew.
- Wipe to dry and to clean your customized wood coasters after every use.
- Do not soak in water. Do not wipe with hard objects, like iron wire.
- You can also use oil to prolong the service life of your personalized wood coasters.
- Do not expose to sunlight and high temperature. Do not put inside the microwave oven or heater.
Set-Up Fees and Artwork
- All custom orders must be accompanied by finished artwork and text
- Custom orders that need any graphic design change are also subject to an additional $35 artwork design fee
- Artwork must be at least 2.5" Square. Our preferred format is a vector based: Adobe Illustrator (.ai) or .eps

Our personalized wood coasters are packaged as carefully as possible. Although we can provide a refund for items, which have been damaged during shipping, we are unable to replace any personalized wood coaster, which has been damaged while in-transit. Please make sure to order additional pieces to cover extra guests or to provide for the probability of damage.
